"Pretend Radio" Podcast Interview with Erik Slader

While you’re waiting for the next few articles (which are still being ironed out between work, volunteer work, comic book reviews, college courses, and an internship), maybe this will hold you over…

Last month I was invited for an interview on “Pretend Radio” an alcohol-fueled underground comedy / music podcast currently based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

We discussed failures of history, crappy Superman movies, propaganda in comic books, Blockbuster, and the glory days of 80’s / 90’s animation. This was the result.

I happen to do a lot of driving, since I live in Jacksonville (which is notoriously spread out), so I personally like to listen to podcasts while I drive (If you have a ‘smart’ phone I recommend the podcast ap ‘Beyond Pod’). This is the first interview I’ve ever done, so it’s not perfect, but I had a lot of fun doing it, so if you decide to check it I hope you get a kick out of it! 😀
