Presidential Pros and Cons (Parts 1-10)

About 8 years ago, during the incredibly contentious 2016 Presidential Election (between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump), I began writing a series of articles covering the “Pros and Cons” of every US President, starting with George Washington. I left off with Part Ten back in 2019, ending on Richard Nixon, just as my third ‘Epic Fails’ book “Not-So-Great Presidents” was hitting shelves. Those articles have gone on to become some of the most popular entries on this entire history blog, with frequent requests for me to continue the series.

It’s been a crazy few years since then – both in my personal life and the world at large (2020 anyone?), but as we’re heading into yet another heated election cycle – with the 2024 Presidential Election between Joe Biden Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, I figured it might be time to dust off this series of blogs and revisit my deep dive into the history of American politics…
